For Tickets purchased to the Open Water and Swimming event 17th-19th June 2022
If the event is cancelled by the organiser then a full refund will be given to all ticket holders minus the NOWCA membership fee. No refunds will be available for purchased tickets.
Camping
Camping and access to the campsite are strictly subject to the purchase of a camping ticket.
Campers should pitch tents in designated camping areas only and stay out of fire lanes and other working areas.
Gazebos and awnings are not permitted.
We reserve the right to refuse any structures that are too large or present a Health and Safety risk.
All items are brought at your own risk.
You are allowed to bring your own supply of food to the campsite but it cannot be consumed at the event site.
You are allowed to use charcoal BBQ’s or small butane gas stoves only (single burner, gas cylinder of less than 5kg only).
The pitch site is on a first-come-first-served basis.
Max pitch size is a 4 man tent.
- No electric hookups are available.
- Camping stoves are allowed on site.
- No campervan or any motorised holiday homes
- No chemical toilets are allowed.
- There are no dogs allowed onto the site.
- No open fires are allowed on the site
The camping site opens on Friday 17th June 2022 at 15.00 pm. The camping site must be vacated by 13.00 pm on Sunday 19th June 2022.
The event company takes no responsibility for any valuables on-site or left in tents.
A secure site for valuables will be made available to all ticket holders.
Lockers can be found on the main site. A secure padlock will be required to use these.
Activities
Tow Floats and hats will be required for swimming and must be worn whilst in the lake.
Current NOWCA members must bring the current chipped wristbands to the venue.
This is an adult-only event. No under 18’s are insured for this event.
Yoga participation will require purchasers to bring their own yoga mat.
Caversham lakes waiver must be completed before using any of the facilities on site.
Workshops and technique training are allocated on a first-come first-served basis.
We do not guarantee you will.
All swimmers must sign up to NOWCA before attending the event to obtain their swimming insurance.
Entry
Over 18’s only allowed at this event.
Only customers holding a valid ticket will be admitted into the event.
Tickets are not exchangeable, refundable or transferable.
Tickets / Wristbands are the property of the event manager and for security purposes can be recalled at any time.
Tickets cannot be used as a promotion / competition.
The event manager is not responsible for any lost / stolen or defaced wristbands.
Ticket price and availability may be subject to change at any time.
OY Events Ltd is unable to accept any liability for personal or property damage, losses or injuries sustained at this event – other than caused as a result of our negligence.
